BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. Colby cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
Ritz cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the broccoli 8 minutes and drain. Add all remaining ingredients, except the Ritz cracker crumbs. Pour into a buttered casserole. Add crumbled Ritz cracker crumbs over the top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook about 1 1/2 cups rice and add.
