BROCCOLI CUSTARD 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Colby cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Cook broccoli by instructions on package. Drain broccoli and mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into baking dish and top with Ritz crackers and melted butter that is tossed together. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
