BROCCOLI CUSTARD BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bottled Green Goddess dressing
3 tbsp. flour

In lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, gently toss together broccoli, mushrooms and cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, dressing and flour until thoroughly blended. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cook about 40 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
