CORN CUSTARD 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. corn, canned or frozen
4 eggs, beaten
Green pepper rings

Melt butter, then add sugar, flour and salt. Stir until blended. Remove from heat and gradually add milk and eggs; then corn. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole, green pepper rings on top. Put in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
