CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
4 whole chicken breasts
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
10-16 oz. sour cream

1. Brown chopped onion in oil until onion is clear. Drain oil. Add paprika, water and chicken. Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken piece by piece, debone and cut into bite size pieces. Replace in pan.

2. In mixing bowl add eggs, flour, water and salt. Mix by hand. Drop by teaspoon into large kettle of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes and drain. Add 10-16 ounce of sour cream to chicken; stir and then add dumplings. Serves 6-8.
