CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 tbsp. oil
3 red onions, cut fine
1 tbsp. real Hungarian paprika
1 (5 lb.) chicken, or 2 sm.
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
Salt
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. V8 juice
Sour cream

Cook onions in oil 10 minutes until translucent. Stir in paprika. Cook until ready. Add chicken, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Cover and cook slowly 20 minutes. Sprinkle with flour. Add juice. Cover and cook slowly until chicken is tender (20 to 30 minutes). Remove chicken and take off skin. Strain the sauce. Thicken sauce with sour cream. Return chicken to sauce.
