BROCCOLI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough 1/2 pkg. sliced pepperoni 1/2 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese (approximately 4 oz.) 4 oz. grated Colby cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 box frozen broccoli 3 slices Provolone cheese Thaw frozen bread in refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough on floured pastry sheet to form a 14 inch circle. Defrost broccoli and chop if using spears. Lay Provolone cheese on dough, next add pepperoni slices, Mozzarella cheese, broccoli, Colby, and top with Parmesan cheese. Bring sides and ends of pastry up to the top and pinch to seal. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. This bread can be used as an appetizer or as a main dish. |
