BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkgs. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, unfrozen 3 c. cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 med. onion (chopped in sm. pieces) 1 tsp. butter Brown onion in saucepan with 1 teaspoon of butter. Cut up Velveeta cheese into small cubes. Mix onions Velveeta cheese and all the above ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
