BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. instant rice
1 c. cold water
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into ungreased casserole dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F, until browned lightly on top. Approximately 1 hour.
