LOW FAT BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, quartered and skin removed
1/4 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. potato flakes crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (or to taste)

Mix crumbs, potato flakes, flour, and seasoning in plastic bag. Shake chicken in mix and bake approximately 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Microwave directions: Bake 12 minutes at 70% power; brown in conventional oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
