LOW-FAT CRUNCHY BAKED CHICKEN | |
1 (8 oz.) bottle Lite Western French Dressing 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. onion powder 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine Western Dressing, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and onion powder in flat dish. Reserve 1/3 cup sauce. Combine cornflake crumbs with 1/2 teaspoon chili powder in another flat dish. Dip chicken in dressing mixture, turn in crumbs to coat evenly. Discard excess dressing after dipping. Arrange chicken in coated or Pam sprayed pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Top with reserved dressing mixture. Serves 8. |
