PORK ROAST 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

APPLE GLAZE:

2 c. apple sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Roast at 350 degrees. Rub flour, salt, sage, dry mustard and pepper on roast. One hour before roast is done put on apple glaze.

Serve with glazed apple rings. Core apples but do not pare cut into 1/2 inch slices. Brown lightly in butter. Sprinkle white or brown sugar. Cook over low heat until tender.
