HERBED OVEN-BAKED STEAK 
4 sirloin tip steaks, about 1 1/4 lbs.
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. mixed herbs
Dash of salt
Dash of black or white pepper

Melt butter, stir in flour. Brush this mixture on both sides of the steak, sprinkle with herbs. Place steaks in a casserole or baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.

This steak was unbelievably simple to make and soooooooo delicious! I improvised with a different seasoning rather than the herbs and it was STILL amazing. Best thing to hear at the end of a meal? "Aw man, Mom...I wish you had some more steak." YES!!!!

I make this all the time! I have used all kinds of different spices depending on what I have on hand. Plus I have made it with biscuit mix instead of flour on several occasions. It is easy and delicious.

We make this all the time. I use whatever herbs or spices I have on hand, even just plain old salt and pepper. However, I use Bisquick instead of flour. My family loves it.
