ARTICHOKE CHEESE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or chopped garlic
4 eggs
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Monterey, grated
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. hot sauce (Franks original)
1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

Drain marinate from 1 jar into fry pan. Saute onion and garlic. Drain other jar and discard juice. Chop artichokes. Beat eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve hot or cold.
