POTATO-CARROT CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 6 c. potatoes 1 1/2 c. carrots 1 c. chopped onion 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 soup can milk Brown meat. In casserole, layer meat, potatoes, and carrots. Blend soups with milk and pour over layered vegetables. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees covered, 15 minutes more uncovered. |
