POTATOES AND CARROTS (Casserole) 
2 1/2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 1/2 c. peeled, sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
7 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine vegetables in a buttered baking dish. Blend remaining ingredients, except cheese and pour over. Bake at 375 for 1 hour (covered). Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes uncovered.
