SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN 
4 lbs. wings cut in 3 parts
3 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. broth
1 c. ketchup
Beaten eggs
Cornstarch
Garlic salt

Boil wing tips in 4 cups water for broth. Roll wing parts in egg then in cornstarch. Brown chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt in electric fry pan.

Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, broth and ketchup. Put wing pieces in sauce. Cook at 370 degrees with cover off. Stir occasionally. Cook until thickened.
