OREO ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 jar chocolate or fudge sauce or topping
1 (8 or 12 oz.) Cool Whip

Save 2/3 cup crushed Oreos for top. Place remaining in bowl and add melted butter; mix. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Freeze 10 minutes.

Spread softened ice cream over crumbs and freeze 15 minutes. Spread fudge sauce over ice cream and freeze 15 minutes. Then spread Cool Whip over sauce and sprinkle with 2/3 cup crushed Oreos. Cover; you can freeze this or serve it immediately.
