PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. ice cold oil
2 c. flour
5 tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. salt

Beat oil and ice water together until creamy. Pour over flour and salt. Mix well and make 2 balls of dough. Use 2 sheets of wax paper and roll each ball of dough between paper. Flip off the top sheet and put it in the pie tin, then each off the other sheet of wax paper. Do not use wax paper sheets more than once. Makes 2 crusts.
