A GREAT PIE CRUST 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tbsp. ice water

Sift flour and salt together. Beat oil and ice water together with a fork until thick and creamy. Pour into flour/salt mixture and stir with fork until blended so a ball can be formed.

Place dough between two sheets of waxed paper and roll to desired thickness. Peel off one piece of waxed paper, place dough in pie pan, and peel off remaining sheet of waxed paper.
