1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. corn oil 2 tsp. cold water Combine flour, salt and corn oil in mixing bowl. Thoroughly blend in oil with fork. Sprinkle water over top and mix to make a dough. shape dough into ball and flatten slightly. Immediately roll into circle between 2 squares of waxed paper. Peel off top paper carefully. Place pastry in pan, paper side up. Peel off paper. Fit loosely into pan. For one crust pie shells - prick pastry thoroughly and bake at 450 degrees. |
