RICE SALAD 
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1 c. cold water

Bake in ovenproof dish for 30 minutes or until done. 4 1/2 oz. canned shrimp or imitation crab 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. cauliflower, chopped sm. 1/2 c. sliced green olives with pimentos Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/4 c. mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Dash of Tabasco

Cool rice, add remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours before serving.
