QUICK KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
36 med. sized cucumbers
3 c. vinegar
3 c. water
6 tbsp. salt

Make a brine of this. Bring to a boil. Place dill and garlic in bottom of each jar. Put cucumbers in jar. Seal. Put jars in water and boil 5 minutes. makes 5 quarts of pickles.
