CRUNCHY PEANUT BISCUIT RINGS
1/2 c. butter
1/2 - 1 c. chopped peanuts
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
2 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated flaky biscuits

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a bundt cake pan. (Do not use oil.) In saucepan melt butter; stir in peanuts, brown sugar and syrup. Pour about 1/4 cup of this sugar mixture into the greased pan.

Separate the biscuits and stand on end, slightly overlapping, around the pan, making a ring. Pour remaining sugar mixture over the biscuits.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until a deep golden brown. Cool 3 minutes; turn upside down onto serving plate.
