CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs (for topping)

Cook cabbage 15-20 minutes. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Pour into casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
