SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

Cut cabbage into small pieces. Cook until tender. Add cheese and cracker crumbs, mix well. Stir in milk and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
