SCALLOPED CHEESE AND CABBAGE 
Cook 1 head shredded cabbage 7 minutes in boiling water, drain well. Alternate layers of cabbage and grated cheese in greased casserole. Pour over cup white sauce (or use 1 can cream of celery soup); top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees until bubbling and crumbs brown.
