CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (out of box of 4) Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Shredded cheese to taste

Steam cabbage, drain well. Mix milk, soup. Layer cabbage, then milk mixture, then cheese; then repeat layers; top with crushed crackers and pour butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or bake on medium high in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate dish and bake 3 to 4 minutes more until bubbling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
