ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 cans french string beans, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper

Saute onion, and garlic cloves in olive oil. After onion and garlic are sauteed mix all ingredients together. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
