ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
3 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, pitted and sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 to 1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir all ingredients together, adding olive oil just enough to moisten mixture. Place mixture in large casserole dish and cook until heated through, approximately 20-30 minutes.

Casserole may also be cooked in the microwave for about 10 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
