ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans French style string beans
2 cans artichokes
1 lg. onion
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
3-4 toes garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Wash and drain beans, chop real fine, fry onion until done. Add garlic. Cook for a few minutes. Add beans, artichokes, which have been cut into pieces. Cook for a few minutes until well mixed, then add cheese and bread crumbs. After it is well mixed add olive oil. Spray dish with Pam. Cook in oven for about 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
