SEAFOOD CASSEROLE WITH
ARTICHOKES
 
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
2 c. instant rice
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, lobster, or crabmeat
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry dill
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
