ARTICHOKE APPETIZERS | |
1 lg. artichoke 1 tub whipped cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) bag frozen cooked shrimp 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice Paprika Steam artichoke for 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Pull leaves from the artichoke. Spoon a dab of the cream cheese mixture onto the meaty part of each leaf. Place a defrosted shrimp on top of each dab of cream cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. |
