DROP GINGER COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
2 c. New Orleans molasses
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
7 c. flour

Beat eggs, sugar and shortening together. Add molasses and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar after baking while still warm.
