POTATO AND ONION CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes
6 lg. Vidalia onions
4 tbsp. oil
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
2 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. salt

Season meat and brown. Peel and slice potatoes and onions thin. Make layers of potatoes, onions and meat. Pour mushroom soup on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
