POTATO ONION CASSEROLE 
6 lg. onions, med. sliced
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 lg. white potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 lbs. ground beef, salted to taste

Season ground beef and brown in oil. Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and meat in a greased baking dish. Pour mushroom soup on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
