JACKIE'S EASY CAULIFLOWER BAKE 
This is great to serve at the holidays!

3 strips bacon, diced (I like thick cut)
3 lb. cauliflower flowerets
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg shredded cheddar cheese

In a large pot cook the diced bacon. When the bacon is cooked, add the cauliflower. Stir to incorporate the bacon flavor throughout, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the mushroom soup. Mix well. Add the cheese, mix well.

Pour the mixture in a 9x11-inch pan (aluminum pan works great for easy clean-up).

Cover and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. ENJOY!
