CREME-FILLED CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, blend sugar, oil, and eggs. In small bowl, mix hot water, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture alternately with milk. Add hot water mixture and blend (a thin batter). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely. Using medium decorator tube, fill with Creme Filling. Or bake batter in 9x13 inch pan for 40 minutes.

CREME FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 c. shortening
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Then frost tops.
