“BAKED CAULIFLOWER” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BAKED CORN

BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 medium head cauliflower
2 large carrots, sliced
1 medium onion sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 cup cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup grated American cheese

Cover cauliflower with warm, salted water. Let stand 30 minutes.

Drain and cut into florets and arrange the carrots and onion in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Add salt, cream and butter. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese.

Cover and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes longer.
