HAMBURGER - POTATO - ONION
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
Potatoes (to taste)
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

In medium size bowl, break egg into beef and mix well. Arrange meat into balls in baking dish. Slice potatoes and onions over this. Cover with soup. Cover with lid. Cook for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until onion and potato slices are tender.
