20 oz. bag Oreo cookies, crushed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 lg. boxes instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
4 c. milk

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. In another bowl, mix pudding mixture with milk. Combine pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture. Layer with crumbled Oreos. Chill.
