CURRIED FRUIT 
8 oz. can peaches
8 oz. can apricots
16 oz. can pineapple chunks
8 oz. can pear halves
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. butter

Drain fruit well and place on paper towel to completely dry out. Meanwhile combine the brown sugar, curry powder and mustard with the melted butter. Arrange the fruit in a casserole and pour the curry mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with ham or pork.
