CURRIED FRUIT 
1 large can pear halves
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 large can apricot halves
1/4 c. butter melted
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruits reserving 2 Tbsp. of each juice. Arrange fruit in baking dish. Combine juices, melted butter, brown sugar, and curry powder. Mix well and drizzle over fruit.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Good served with ham, turkey, or lamb.

Serves 8 to 10.
