SOUR DOUGH STARTER 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Mix yeast with 1/2 cup water; mix sugar with 2 cups warm water and flour. Add yeast mixture. Let sit in glass jar, covered with cloth for 5 days. Do not put in refrigerator.

TO FEED STARTER:

3 tbsp. potato flakes
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. warm water

Stir and add to starter. Set aside 1 day or over night. Then make bread. Feed every 3 to 5 days.
