HEALTHY BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) box bran flakes cereal 1 1/2 c. honey 1 c. raisins 3 c. whole wheat flour 2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. safflower oil Mix all ingredients together. Store in container with tight lid. Batter keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator. To bake, spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake 400 degrees, 20 minutes. |
