2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 c. mashed sweet peaches
3 tsp. pectin

Mix juice concentrate with peaches; stir in pectin and let stand 30 minutes. Stir 3 times vigorously. Serve fresh or may be frozen to retain fresh taste.
