BLACK BOTTOM ICE CREAM PIE 
20 Oreo cookies (rolled fine)
1/2 c. melted butter

1/2 c. granulated sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 tbsp. butter 1 qt. your favorite ice cream

Crust: Combine crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom of pie pan and freeze.

Melt 2 squares of chocolate in double boiler with sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Cook until thick. Cool.

Spoon 1 quart ice cream into crust. Freeze. Frost ice cream with chocolate sauce. Freeze until firm. 6-8 servings.
