BEEF & NOODLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
8 to 10 oz. egg noodles
1/2 c. milk

Brown hamburger. Cook noodles as directed. Brown mushrooms and add to hamburger. Add milk to mushroom soup. Simmer on low. Divide noodles in 1/2. Place 1/2 noodles in casserole dish. Place hamburger, mushrooms and 1/2 soup mix with sour cream (mixed with soup) over noodles. Then add remaining noodles over hamburger. Pour remaining soup over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
