BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. sirloin or round steak, cut in 2 inch strips
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter with 1 lg. onion
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine
1/3 lb. wide noodles, boiled slightly
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat. Saute onions and mushrooms. Combine meat, onions and mushrooms, soup, wine, sour cream, salt and pepper. Serve over boiled noodles or bake all ingredients in casserole until bubbly. (For a more economical meal, use 2 pounds browned ground beef in place of steak.)
