BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Egg noodles

Cut meat in strips; brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp tender. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat through and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over noodles.
